From Heathrow Airport - From Gatwick Airport - Arriving By Train - Arriving By Helicopter

 

From Heathrow Airport

  • Leave the airport and follow signs to the M4 & M25
  • At the junction 4a roundabout, take the M4 Spur (signposted Central London, M25)
  • At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, then join the M4 (signposted M25, Heathrow T5)
  • Leave at junction 4b and join the M25 (signposted Gatwick Airport)
  • Join the M3 at junction 12, signposted Southampton
  • Leave the M3 at junction 4a and take the slip road (A327)
  • Keep in the left hand lane towards Reading
  • At the roundabout, take the first exit (A327) and follow signs for the A30, passing the Gibraltar Barracks
  • At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit (signposted A30)
  • At the next roundabout turn left onto the A30 and follow signs to Hartley Wintney
  • On arrival into Hartley Wintney, turn left at the mini roundabout onto the Fleet Road (A323)
  • The Elvetham is signposted one mile on the left after a series of bends

 

From Gatwik Airport

  • Leave the airport and join the M23
  • Leave the M23 at junction 8 and join the M25 (signposted Heathrow Airport)
  • Leave the M25 at junction 12 and join the M3 (signposted Southampton)
  • Leave the M3 at junction 4a and take the slip road (A327)
  • Keep in the left hand lane towards Reading
  • At the roundabout, take the first exit (A327) and follow signs for the A30, passing the Gibraltar Barracks

  • At the next roundabout turn left onto the A30 and follow signs to Hartley Wintney

Arriving By Train

Fleet railway station is a short 3 mile journey away from The Elvetham.

Fleet railway station had a frequent train services (every 30 minutes) from Waterloo to Fleet station, giving easy access to Central London, Reading and Southampton in just over 1 hour.

Direct services go to and from Gatwick Airport are also available via North Camp, Aldershot.

Arriving By Helicoptor

Arrive in style by utilising The Elvetham very own private Helicopter landing site. The coordinates for which are:

Approach on a heading of 265° from the large field to the east of St Mary’s Church. The Elvetham takes no responsibility for any incident or damage which may result from the actions of an operator, pilot, individual(s), or hotel guest(s). Visiting pilots should satisfy him/herself in advance that the landing area and the weather conditions on the day are suitable for their aircraft type and level of experience.

No appointment/reservation/permission required. Suitable for single or twin engine equipment. No landing fees apply. No refuelling available.
