Your Privacy is Our Priority

The Elvetham respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. We have a data protection policy that ensures our data collection, handling, management and use comply with the data protection law (The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and that we follow good and ethical practices at all times. The policy is in place to help protect the rights of staff, customers and partners and is open on how we intent to store a process individuals’ data. The policy also outlines the measure taken to protect itself from a data breach. When you browse our website, you do so anonymously, unless you have previously indicated that you wish The Elvetham to remember your login and password. We don't automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to our website. Like many other commercial websites, The Elvetham website may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use the site. The Elvetham collects personal information when you register an enquiry with us, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or you submit an entry for a sweepstakes or other promotions, or when you submit your personal information to The Elvetham for any other reason.
